AI voice platform, from scratchLive call pipeline plus an orchestration layer for routing, ticketing, identity verification, fuzzy contact matching, post-call sentiment, and real-time escalation. Architected for multi-provider failover so one vendor outage does not drop callers.
An agentic operating systemAn event-sourced Python/Flask server and dashboard with an append-only log (47K+ events), 28 codified skills, a two-tier memory system, model routing, multi-session orchestration, and an autonomous overnight self-improvement pass.

  • Designed and built the company's AI voice platform end to end on VAPI, Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic, and n8n, with ConnectWise and Autotask integrations and MySQL call logs on Azure.
  • Set the AI security and governance posture for enterprise due diligence: data minimization, no-training contractual terms, policy-driven retention with a zero-retention option, and opt-in-by-design controls.
  • Drove the pre-launch security audit that caught credential and PII exposure, and authored an enterprise safe-delivery architecture with verifier-agent CI gates and secrets in a managed vault.
  • Established a repeatable agentic engineering methodology: parallel multi-agent fan-out, model routing, 28 codified skills, and a closed self-improvement loop.
